• Communication preferences and records of email or SMS consent, delivery, responses, and opt-out requests
• Contribution information required for campaign-finance compliance, including address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, and contribution date
• Eligibility certifications or other information required by campaign-finance laws
• Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring page, approximate location, and website interactions

We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers through this website.

2. Sources of Information

We may collect information:

• Directly from you when you complete a form, register for an event, volunteer, contribute, communicate with us, or opt in to communications
• Automatically through cookies, analytics, server logs, pixels, or similar technologies
• From campaign vendors and service providers, such as donation processors, form providers, email platforms, and messaging providers

Obtaining contact information from a public or third-party source does not, by itself, mean that the person has consented to receive automated calls or recurring SMS/text messages.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages—for example, by selecting an SMS consent checkbox and submitting an enrollment form—we may send recurring automated or non-automated SMS or MMS messages concerning campaign news, public meetings, volunteer opportunities, events, fundraising, donation reminders, voter participation, and election-related information.

Providing a telephone number without completing the applicable SMS opt-in process does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring campaign text messages.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or communicating your request through another reasonable method. We may send one final confirmation message. We will not send additional messages from that program unless you opt in again.

5. Mobile Information and Consent

We do not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to vendors and service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program, deliver requested messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud or misuse, or comply with applicable law.

6. Email Communications

If you subscribe or otherwise lawfully receive campaign emails, we may send campaign news, event information, volunteer opportunities, fundraising communications, and election-related updates. You may unsubscribe using the link included in an email, when available, or by contacting max@maxforirvine.com.

7. Service Providers

We may use website hosts, form providers, analytics services, email and SMS platforms, donation and payment processors, campaign-compliance services, data-management vendors, security providers, and other contractors. They may process information on our behalf only as needed to perform their services, comply with law, or protect their systems and rights.

Their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Contributions and Public Disclosure

Contributions may be processed through a third-party donation or payment platform. The platform may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Campaign-finance laws may require the Committee to collect, retain, report, and publicly disclose contributor information. Depending on applicable requirements, publicly disclosed information may include a contributor’s name, address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, and contribution date.

Information required for campaign-finance reporting may not be deleted or altered when the Committee is legally required to retain or report it.

9. Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics, or similar technologies to measure traffic, understand website use, evaluate communications, remember preferences, detect misuse, and improve performance.

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies, although some website features may not function properly. Third-party embedded services may collect information under their own privacy policies.

10. Do Not Track and Privacy Controls

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to every such signal, this website may not respond to all Do Not Track signals.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
