Effective date: September 7, 2026
Website: maxforirvine.com
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and participation in email and SMS/text-message programs operated by or on behalf of Maksim Egorov for Irvine Mayor 2026 (FPPC ID #1494847), referred to as “the Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge these Terms. When a form requires you to select a checkbox stating that you agree to the Terms, submitting that form constitutes your affirmative agreement to the version presented at that time.
SMS/text-message consent is separate and optional. Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring text messages.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use features that require your acceptance.
2. About This Website
This website provides information about Maksim Egorov’s campaign for Mayor of Irvine, campaign priorities, election-related matters, civic participation, volunteer opportunities, events, contributions, and ways members of the public may communicate with or support the campaign.

We may restrict access or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the Committee, website visitors, service providers, or the public.
4. SMS/Text-Message Terms
If you affirmatively opt in—for example, by selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox and submitting an enrollment form—you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated SMS or MMS messages from or on behalf of Maksim Egorov for Irvine Mayor 2026.
Messages may include campaign news, public meetings, volunteer opportunities, event reminders, fundraising and donation reminders, voter-participation information, and election-related updates. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in recurring campaign text messages.
- Message frequency varies, up to four messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- You may also contact max@maxforirvine.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of donating, volunteering, attending an event, or otherwise participating.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
5. Opting Out of Text Messages
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or communicating your request through another reasonable method. You may receive one final confirmation message. We will not send additional messages from that program unless you affirmatively opt in again.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your telephone number, please notify max@maxforirvine.com.
6. SMS Help and Support
Reply HELP to a message or email max@maxforirvine.com for assistance. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
7. Email Communications
If you subscribe or otherwise lawfully receive campaign emails, you may receive campaign news, event information, volunteer opportunities, fundraising communications, and election-related updates. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in an email, when available, or by contacting us.
8. Privacy and Mobile Information
Information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers only as needed to operate the messaging program, deliver requested messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent misuse, or comply with law.
9. Campaign Contributions

11. User Submissions
If you submit a message, comment, survey response, policy suggestion, photograph, testimonial, or other material, you represent that you have the right to submit it; it does not violate another person’s rights; and it is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, intentionally misleading, or harmful to computer systems.
Submission does not guarantee publication, use, response, or retention. We will request appropriate permission before publicly identifying you with a testimonial or endorsement unless disclosure is otherwise authorized or required by law.
12. Political and Campaign Communications
Communications from the website or Committee may contain political, campaign, election-related, fundraising, or public-policy content. Committee identification, “paid for by” statements, FPPC identification, and other disclosures should be read with the communication on which they appear.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, current, complete, secure, or error-free; that features will work on every device; that submissions will always be delivered; or that third-party services will remain available.
Website content may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed at any time.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This website, its content, and its communication features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Committee disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Committee’s total liability for claims arising solely from your use of this website will not exceed $100.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, violations of law, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Responsibility for Misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Committee and its candidate, officers, volunteers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
- Material you submit in violation of another person’s rights
- Your impersonation of another person
- Your intentional misuse of campaign forms or communication systems
- Your material violation of these Terms
This section does not require you to indemnify the Committee for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or use of this website must be brought in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will revise the effective date when changes are posted. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Changes do not replace any consent required by law for SMS/text messages or other regulated communications.
20. General Provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the applicable agreement between you and the Committee concerning use of this website. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
